§ 4.1. Regular Municipal Elections.

The regular municipal elections of the City of Boiling Spring Lakes shall be conducted in accordance with the nonpartisan plurality method of election, as set forth in G.S. 163-279(a)(1) and Articles 23 and 24 of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
