§ 4-181. Penalty; enforcement.

Violation of this section may subject the offender to civil penalties that have been established to cover the cost of enforcement of this section in accordance with section 1-15 of this Code. The civil penalty shall be as published in the fee schedule adopted by the board of commissioners and modified from time to time. It shall be the duty of the city manager or his designee to enforce this article.
